Hardware Failure,restart Camera

Hi masters;
Got a new N71.When trying to use the camera for the first time faced this error:"HARDWARE FAILURE,RESTART CAMERA"
Since that's a new one,could it be hardware or software?
Need more info on this matter please?!!!

You are right and wrong!
you are right:
6600 hardware problem is HARDWARE problem!!
You are wrong:
When phone says hardware problem,it does not mean,problem is hardware related!
I think you are so young to remeber SAGEM phones with "hardware failure" message
this hardware failure was %100 software problem! (related to e2prom feileds.)

Mostly, it's flex cable problem "TESTED" , but it must be taken in consideration to apply any test with outer display LCD placed & connected properly, otherwise the two cameras view will flick >>>
