help with MT-BOX - GSM-Forum

I have registered my MT-Box and got the username and password to the support site. i download the installer mtb_nk_setup115.exe and tried to run it. got message that I need to update my box.

I downloaded MTb_NK Update Tool v3.exe and tried to run it, I pressed Info, saw some data , then pressed Update and the box just hangs....

trying to run MT-Box gives MT-BOX flash interface not found.... What must I do. tried unpluging box and attaching ..must external power be applied when updatinhjg box ? if so how much volts ?

please advise

Just leave the box for some time, unplugged and try again

Strange...nothing seems to happen when I try to update. no error...no response... get program is not responding when trying to close the MT-Box updater...

strange.... what should I do ?

Maybe you have installed firewall and need to allow to MT update tool to connect to update server.
