help - need latest mtbox manual to guide me

i have new mtbox from iphone (ipmart) and having headache to use it, cant boot any phone, i reinstalled the sw, run it but cant boot any phone why?

I read all instructions and manual from support, but cant help.

I dont understrand why mtbox DONT prepare one complete instruction/manual to guide us, but have many and really confused mix of old and new information, cant follow and misleading sometimes.

i am talk to you, MTBOX Engineers? Do u have any idea why i cant boot any phone with my mtbox? I have connected as this:

pc > usb cable > box > adapter from SE package >fbus rj45 cable (eg nokia 1100) > nokia 2610 phone.

Note: i have many boxes and no problem, and i have mtbox(siemens) works ok, only this mtbox(nokia) really ugly and gave me hardtime, not good and i may return this MTbox to IPHONE (reseller) to check, may be they have not tested it before they sent it to me.

i need quick solution because i lost my money in this mtbox now will take a week to ask for support to/from IPHONE/IPMART and from all sifferent forums, but no one have solution to guide me anywhere

Maybe you need to check pin 1 and pin 10. Because many users attach sometime 8 pin cables to 10 pin box connector and broke them. Also if these two pins is not in same level like other pins the results is no answer from phone.
