How about the ask RPL calculation and my credits.

I send an ask file to the server for rpl calculation now when I send it they take 10 logs and after an hour I try to check if there is reply they take again 10 logs and after 1 day I check if reply is there they take another 10, 30 logs all without rpl reply what the hell is goin on here griffin server you will take another credit everytime your *******r check a rpl reply, until now for three days no rpl reply for the same ask to calculate, you take 3 times a logs for the same rpl calculated, Sorry I post here because its been three days here waiting for reply, all I can say you have a very big system server problem and it makes a very bad service to us. Please return my credits and another after flashing 1110i it directly unlock in server without pushing the unlock button , phone is already unlock before flashing just only for upgrade version. Are you still there fixing this problem when you return back my credits and my rpl calculated... BR ...
and please fix you crocodile server.....

i have same problem too griffin team never paid my credit back i've send bb5 ask for about amonth ago and never get rpl file, like they said in another morning that they have server maintanance but i wait almost a month and never get my 40 credit back

In your case there is no any problem in server side, so Griffin Team WILL NOT back you your credits. Why?
Because you don't read user manual and follow them. The server charge 10 credits for DCT4 ask to rpl service. The server for DCT4 work in real time, what this mean? When you send the ask file to server, server calculate it immediately and back RPL file to same folder from where you send the ASK file. So check that folder and will find calculated file. Of course you can waste the tons of credits in that way. You dont need to send same ASK file again to server to check it file is calculated or not, its required for BB5 not for DCT4 models.

About 1110 also same story. There is a two option for unlock DCT4+ and ASIC11:

- direct unlock by server (paid way 5 credits)
- patch method (free way)

The choice of customer is what they want to use, if you do not want to have this trouble next time and use service for a mistake simply delete account from software.

The credits will be restored ONLY in case the server has problem, and we will announce this. For the reason customer mistake credits will not be returned.

To cancel BB5 calculation and back 40 credits , simply contact moderator GT911. Its clearly written in sticky topics.

im also having the same problem ..... whats going on with griffen team .... cant they fix thix this damn server ..... its 2008 server been broke 4 almost a year ..... why u guys keep selling those credits if u have a broken server all the time ?
