how to flash
does i have to do anything after flashing the phone ?

You cant kill the phone with flashig only.
Maybe your battery is empty.

the batterie isnt empty
but after flashing the phone dont start

I think your phone is downgraded before.
Try to upload another eeprom backup and then reset codes.
