hi
soon as i start unlocking bb5 new one like 6500c 6500s software runing until phone booting then this thing pop up on desk top i cant do anythink

or eror reporting staff pops up

i did re instal software few time and i did try on my 3 pc and labtop

anybody can help please how can i solve this

Hi
Run mt tool 3.8 from same folder where is mtbox instaled then new ini file is gonna be created after that uninstal and instal setupu 1.56 then paste 1.57 restart computer and run application mt1.57

done full reinstall of software
full reinstall if drivers
any more thoughts

if you get operation has failed error that's 100% windows problem. tested the soft on one computer and it was saying operation has failed phone was on local mode everything was done but same error then changed the system and installed the soft n all that phone unlocked on first attempt so need to have a good windows without viruses or corrupted dlls

i use 2.36.3 and reinstall driver & application meny times but problem is not solve i use mt 3.20 beeta & update but my problem is same

any body guide me
