i have mtbox nokia with 9 trial credits of alcatel, i'm trying to clone ***, when i select the file and start the job it shows me error in login, so wich login i have to use

You need to have Griffin server account to able use CLONE options.

thnx boss, and if i activate my box, will i use it for unlimited or only can repair 200 phones?

The CLONE option is paid option in any case.
If you activate Alcatraz for your box you can use all features without any time limit.

so cloning will take credit for the 200 logs or it needs new account

Cloning cost per phone 10 credits from your account
Alcatraz activation cost 200 credits from your account
For example if you have one account with 500 credits on it you can pay Alcatraz activation with 200 credits , on your account will be 300 credits , with these 300 credits you can clone 30 phones.
