I need some hlep about DB2020 inside v1.3 - GSM-Forum

When I start software "DB2020 inside v1.3 setup" some this error come to when I press "Do IT" Button and some time end of flashing. Uninstall software and reinstall again but still same...any idea support team.

Vascof ask you does you use Griffin server or Emma card to finalize phone, because in your screen we can see that you have not set Griffin server in software.

I am using "Griffin Server" .........see **** picture.

Does you can read phone info or not?
What is the file name you try to write to phone?
What is the phone condition?

I read it phone info and some time I flash success phone some time between flashing and when I closed software I get this error. I uninstall my window but same problem. Any solution...

When you close software by error, disconnect box from usb, connect box again then start software again.
