IMEI rebuilder by MT box

Is this project will be implemented rebuilding damage IMEI of BB5?
When it will be started, how to activate accounts if this is a server based service.Do we wait long or just advice us Griffin team to buy F1 box and used it to rebuild serial numbers damage. You griffin team your always late in updates.
