IMPOSSIBLE to get codes after BF from mtbox server !!

I have a big problem with the SERVER to get code after successful bruteforce.

I already uploaded 4 imeis because i got BF data

And now when i want to get code: i have an ERROR: -8
so i simulate to get BF data and I read Phone imei not found on server (Error: -9)
It does not recognize my IMEIs !!!

I can't try to upload again imeis on server because i don't have phones !!

why have they erased from server ?

For two phones i have been able to contact my customers to upload again a second time on server.

And now it's ok to get codes for both !!!





BUT for both other i can not upload on server again because they lives far from me.

What's happening.

i was happy to use Mtbox for a long time but now i'm very disappointed.

because i don't understand what happened and i have no answer yet from griffin team for 4 days.
So i was forced to buy other rival box to get codes without any problems.
I'm professional and i cant work like this if the server erase data or unstable.
Does the server delete data after a delay time ?

Please could you give me an answer ? not for me only but also for all members who need help or explications !!!
