i flash eeprom + flash lag file then unlock . But same problum.

The phone is locked.
After enter unlock code, power off the phone by switch not by remove battery.

the same problem & i ve try all solution with Usb smart & Tornado but not yet with u r product

Update box first using MT tool 3.4
Connect phone
Start software
Press Boot button
Press unlock button
Follow instructions from software (same as for z200 on picture)

Your phones are locked to SPCK lock.
Need to find sim card which support to enter SPCK code.
