K320i CID50 unlock errror! pls see below!!!! - GSM-Forum

Im trying to unlock a k320i with only 1 lock enabled & already flashed to R4GC012 version! ive read the manual and doing exactly as mentioned! but i always get this error!

Power on the phone...
Boot OK.

PID:......80 40 03 01 01 01 01 01
IMEI:.....353322-01-656247
PAF:......01
CID(dec):.50
CID(hex):.32
MfrID0:...20
DevID0:...19
Color:....RED
CID in FLASH(dec):50
CID in FLASH (hex):32

Processing: K320 Unlock
Server Step1 Error:0002
Pwd error:000A
Action error:10

wht could be the problem! ive changed all the possibility (in use option windows) and when selected griffin server account with login & pass as well with more then 100 credits in it! and tried it! but again gives the same error!
can u pls inform whether im using a wrong method or there's some problem on the other side?

Flash your phone.
Power on phone to see insert sim
Switch phone off
Go to C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT SonyEricsson\DB2020 inside\flr\
and delete folder K320
Unlock your phone again
