k610i flashes are demaged on support with IE or flashget not work why???

same with w710 files not posible uncompress please fix or tell us how extract this files

i have same problem with all flashfile(with *.rar pack) from support.have try with IE(Unexpected end of archive),Opera(Unexpected end of archive),Safari with MAC PC(curred while expanding file"format error") FlashGat(downlond only 157bytes per file) and IDM(can not donwlond at all) all not work.

Pls.Product Supporter do something for us.....
