K790 dead progcxc1250477 not exist ( how fix?) - GSM-Forum

How can I fix this problem? after unlock (and lost 20 credits) the K 790 is not working anymore.once the support is out of orden ,where can I find this file?

before unlocking u r phone check flr file must be same in ur phone version .

try to flash ur phone then unlock again .

and please read the FAQ.

Hi thanks for Your replay.
I`ve not found the file R1JC002 in the server.
Could You tell me wich flash I should use to restore the phone? and how I flash the phone without change the langage pack ?
It is a K790 CID 51 ( there is a R1JC002 file to CID 52 can I use it?)

R1JC002 is CID 52 version , and phones flashed to this software version cant be unlocked by patch unlock.
