mt-box(nokia) cant boot any phone- help

I have received my new MT-box from Iphone, and i wonder if someone can give a little guide to lead me to be able to boot any phone for the first time to use.

Note:

1=im using v1.26

2=phone (eg nokai 2610) is well connected via MT box adaptor (pulled out from SE cable packge came with the Mtbox) to the box

3=box is on, but when tried to boot any phone, it failed!

I read manual and tutorial, but never helped me, so any troublershooting guideline do u think i should consider to look at this early stage of trying to start using my new Mt box?

my mt-box(nokia) from iphone(ipmart) came with cables - alcatel set, sonyericson set and nokia set. No adaptor came with nokia set, only alcatel and sonyericsson set have respected adapter.

I read info on this forum that must use adaptor for mt-box(nokia), but there is no adapter came with my box named 'rj-10 to rj-8'. I wonder if my reseller was aware of it or not, i still dont know, i have to get back to them now.
