Mt-Box not working - GSM-Forum

I'm having problems with my Mt-box.

After succesfully unlock a 6300, I connected the ACP-12 charger and a N95 to the Pro adaptor. When I pussed the power button, the green light did not turn on.

I tried the 6300 back again, and with cables connected, I did not get the green light. I tested again, this time with a N70 (maybe the cable died), but with no success.

I unplugged the Pro adaptor and connected the 10pin-8pin adaptor. The light just lights up in the middle of the conexion. When I puss it all the way and it clicks, the light turns off.

Pins 1 and 10 are fine. I have checked them and even leveled them up. The box can't recognize any phone, it doesn't matter if it is with a 10 pin connector or with a 8 pin connector.

I have cleaned both connectors, I have tried different computers and I have tried a different USB cable.

Obviously, my box is dead. It's two months old. Please let me know how to proceed to exchange it under warranty and how to reset the Pro adaptor so I can use it with the new box.

I received my new box several weeks ago. And today I'm facing the same problem with the new box. There is no communication with the Pro adaptor or any other phone...

I will speak with my reseller again, but... why is happening this???

Also, I have activated MT-SE software in this box. If I change the box, will I loose the activation?

read info with update tool from your box and save it ,when come new box read info from her and send to me 2 logs and i will deactivate 1st and activate 2nd

same thing happan to my mtbox also why this happan 2nd time I didt send the box to my reseller pls advice me to repair the box by myself pls

my advice is don't open box because u will lose warranty
just return to reseiller

mate use some translator to your language and you will understand what i need to say:

my advice when use the mini usb dont use the with the cable connect to box
use the normal usb its faster and esier to use and the green light will be on just like that

excume i have a mt-box siemens, n okia and siny erisson, but my box of the nokia not funtion, please I translation my license of the box snokia, or other box by exampole my box of the sony ericsson or siemens, my mt box is a hot which funtion
