MT Box Software Freezing while reading phone info

Hello,

When i try to read a phones info such as 3220, 6630, 1110 etc.

The software reads it half way and then it just freezes and does nothing. Although 5 out of 10 times it does read the phone.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem as me?

Im using V1.20F, it was the same on V1.18 and on V1.19.

Its just really annoying as original griffin still to date never does anything like it.

Please advise me on this issue and help me resolve this problem. If the problem is in the software then i request the MT-Box / Griffin team to do something abt it.

The only reason for me going for MT-Box over J.A.F was because i had griffin and it never let me down as it was just unbreakable and nothing still to date could go wrong with it.

Does you use cable adapter to connect phone cable to MT box?

with MT-BOx i have to put the phone in local/test mode (swith on/off manually) before press info

but with griffin, i can press "detect" and the phone will be put in local mode, and software will show the info.

that's my experience, and maybe that's what EGY2004 T9TMP want to say

Yes i do use the cable adaptor,

I will try and post the log soon, but i hv the same problem as EGY2004, it doesnt matter whether i hv to switch the phone on/off manually or get it into local mode manually. That bits fine.

Its after when you get the phone into local mode/switch it on and then when you press the read info button, the software reads the phone info partially and then just freezes and does nothing. which means you cant even unlock or reflash, you just have to close the software using Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

your error is while flashing, which is different to the problem that im trying to explain.

my problem occurs by simply pressing the read info button. the phone info is read half way and then nothing happens, nothing at all. which means i cant unlock or reflash.

some to i try do that too also like u say did working

than i try flash with UFS all done and fon on power very well
and i try use mt box flash again but it show that error

i had that promblem like that...i disable vpp....and flashing proses going ok...
