MT dead, help


Hi, my MT box is DEAD. I think power IC is damaged. I have measured output voltage is 3,2V (must be 3,8V). And I can't turn on phone. I can't find where is power ic? or mosfet? (MT soft detect the box)

start virtual com port and write vcc and vpp to be 4.10v and measure it! then say for youe power supply
