u try to unlock unsupported phone version, try to flash your phone to any supported version then unlock it

Possible reasons:
After check on our server:
1. you DON'T use LITE account for unlock this phone!!!!
2. This is not bad , you can use any account to unlock but if he is not for a lite need to have a min 40credits - your have a 35 and server return error 400- low credits for operation.
