MTRPO "Box error" - GSM-Forum

Big problem;
It's quite a while i'm having problem unlocking BB5 via MTPRO.It mostly gives me :
!!!!!!BOX ERROR!!!!!
Check connector.

Is it server side problem?
I did all things about this error found in PDF for bb5 unlock but no help!!!

Hi check pins 1 and 10 on mt-box
