my download a/c is block n have to paid for new one

My a/c just get block for no reason . i not sharing a/c with anyone. i think it happen because i use different computer to download but not 2 computer at the same time. i logout the a/c before i use different computer to download.

i try to email to mt-box support , but the answer i get is ' Once your download account has been blocked, you will need to purchase new download account from our trusted distributor www.ipmart.com '

is this fair .....

could the new a/c block again sometimes...

n i have to paid again....
