My MT-BOX PRO doesn't work

I just bought my mt-box and looks like that not run. I follow the manual step by step but without results. I checked the cables and are fine. I can't make a simple phone info. The box looks like dead.

Check pin 1 on your mt box nokia, it is in same level like other pins.
Try to add external power supply to MT box nokia (nokia phone charger).
Try to push and hold MT pro cable into the mt box nokia then check voltage between BSI and Vbat pin, it need to be around 4v.
