My MT-Box problem...help me


sir,

my box reads PHONE INFO.. but when i flash the same phone and same position it says "phone not connected'

what may be the problem?..!

i have tested all of my handsets eventhough working sets...

"Processing File: npl2__06.310
Boot...
FAILED TO BOOT PHONE!!!
Make sure that phone is connected."

i am getting like this message..

Most of this problem are with bad adaptor or demaged pins in RJ48 hole - I must say that producer chaneg quality of RJ48 10 pinto bad one and two pins in Box are always demaged - if you rpeair it then all will work for sure

changed the adapter...but...

sir,

i have changed the MT-NK adapter it detects the phone and flashing ... but only erasing the MCU and freezes not writing the file ....so that the handset is in dead condition.....

same handset enters and ok using UFS or JAF....

so please consider this problem and reply me... thanks ...

what i have to do....help me... thanks..
