N70 Phone startup failed - GSM-Forum

Hi masters;
Had a set of N70 after writing RPL and PM(using sx4) now it's showing "PHONE STARTUP FAILED,CONTACT THE RETAILER" message at startup.What could be the reason.Phone hardware is all the way OK.

Tried full erase and so on but again the same.Look @ this plz:
