I mate first at all u should made back up from PM-308 and Imie so if u dont have any Back up u need and RPL calculation this will repair ur Imei and ur fone will be funtional
P.S: Dont forget mate use F-bus cable for sending ASK file

i said I DO NOT HAVE backup pm 308 so how do i create a rpl file with 12345610654321?

BRO YOU CAN'T CREATE RPL OF BB5 FILES THE ONLY WAY YOU HAVE TO SELECT OPTION ESN/IMIE IN MT-BOX AND READ ASK FILE AND THEN SEND IT TO GT SERVER AND WRITE FRESH NEW PURSHASED RPL TO PHONE

U dont have experience mate if u have an damaged imie is the unic way to repair it with an RPL file....ok and if u dont have back up just make an ask file and send to GT server and it will give u a RPL with original imie and u will restore ur fone....and u sayd PM308 is SP Data not Imei data man...appreciate that we want to help u

i have made ask file this is what is inside

i have removed my box serail number, so now ask is successfully made.

so now i just send for rpl request and hopefully when server is backon it will create a good rpl that will fix imei ..

i have a nokia bb5 with imei 1234560654321? but when i read ask the imei number still 123456xxxxxx.ask not same as the back casing imei. Anyone can give explanation?

this is not the problem make it with this 1234????????.ask and send it ........u will recieve ur rpl what would be the orignal imei of the board........
