i have had 3 n95' that have all failed on downgrade with mt box now stop at the nokia start up screen how can i fix this please

yes have sucessfully solved. works 100%

does plugging in to the mains help mt box find the phone when it doesn't respond?

Have to use 10 pin cable or your cable need to be modify

Modify your cable( Use TX2 line) and you have no problem with downgrade with MT-Box
