N95 nokia and white lcd

hi masters;
Got a set of N95 wrongly unlocked by universalbox and it came to me in blinking mode.Fully erased it by 10 pin cable,fullflashed and wrote RPL.Now all things is ok when i flash the phone it gets the flash 100% safe.UI settings is all done.SP data is safe and sound but when itry to power it on just few moments NOKIA logo on the lcd then turns into white LCD and suddenly OFF.
Wrote full PM but no help.
What's the solution?
