Maybe need to use erase file. Can find it in forum just search for N95 erase.

THIS is erase file.
1st. MAKE BACKUP OF IMEI
2nd.READ FULL PM and save it
3th.Erase phone and flash it with vatest version.
4th.power on the phone and check in what condition is.
If all is ok -phone work good write IMEI backup and after that from PM backup field 134,restart phone ,make sx4 authorization and write fields 1,135.

well i have unlocked to the phone then i have read your post's and make it step by step but

the same the start up failed after erase and flash i have started the phone start and hang on nokia logo after 2 min apare white screan, then write imei backup, restart phone , make sx4 authorization and write fields 1,135 but same start up failed any anoder ideea ?

p.s. no errors on any operation

i thing you need to write full PM without 134 field and all be ok.
Try and post result. If you dont have a full PM i can read from my phoen and post it but after few hour

bro i have the same problem like u . but it's ok for me ! i just make full flash with version 1.36 & write full pm to your mobile than full factory diffults . i think that be well bro for u & i don't do erase to my mobile . all normal for me & try to format your mobile with keep your hand to * & 3 & green touch & keep power until power correctly ! try & do result

tick on fields 1 press SX4,
replug phone cable and
tick on field 135 press SX4..

911 are right...these problem very common for bb5 phone, after write rpl a lot become contact retailer....just write back a working pm, phone and flash again..phone will ok..
