Hi Sir,

i download the nokia firmware from the support site, but every time when i run the setup.exe file, i got this message:

crc error: The file C:\program Files\Common Files\Nokia\Datapackage\Products\RM-78\archive.dpc doesn't match the file in the setup's .cab file, The medium from which you are running the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor.

what does this mean, how can i solve this problem?
