Unhappy NEED help Urgently

Need help about my second Box
Detected by PC but can't read sn and can't launch soft.
where is the problem??????

There is 2 choices:

To back the box to reseller and got another.
To open the box and clean the card reader contacts.

Fixed by cleaning card reader and unlock with it db2020 .
