Need help about my second Box
Detected by PC but can't read sn and can't launch soft.
where is the problem??????

try send to ur reseller
may b ur box conections hav problem

It work before. It's new box.I(ve tested it in 2 PC always can't get SN

This is what i have with MT Tool

<SN:BAD SC Answer

Need Answer, i 'ld like to use it
And what i can do .

There is 2 choices:

To back the box to reseller and got another.
To open the box and clean the card reader contacts.

Fixed by cleaning card reader and unlock with it db2020 .
