Hello I would like to know how solve proble Contact Retail In nokia 6620 Nhl-12 how can format with Mt-box or how can make full flash in this phone

if software problem then should be not a problem

make sure is not hardware problem

here i will atach all error in phone with Mt_Box.

its a 6620 i try toi flash with griffin and it can flash

Hi,

Can anyone here help me figure out what's wrong with my mt-box.
I tried to connect the 3230 cable. When i tried to use the phone info. It says Phone is not responding. Power on Phone.

may i know have u connect the adaptor before u connect the cable ?

yes i did. the adaptor is already connected before i connect the cable to the phone.My phone already lights up and shows the nokia sign only. I tried again the phone info. Same thing happens

well try others cable and see maybe cable is bad

HI finally i solve ADSP flash problem with last update it solve very fast and good flash just 5 min full flash and now phone is working very good

i have the same problem u does, solve by
erase FS and PPM
slow flash
pm
unlock
power on normally

i unlock one 6620 after unlock not working on 900MHZ
phone support 900 MHZ or not?????????????????

NO. 6620 supports 850/1800/1900 only!

try manual format ur phone..try this on ur power and press this dial3*
