NK1_1_28 can`t unlock 2310 2610 ... - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I`m a new user of MT-Box. I`ve installed software like Manual show. V 1_26b works fine!! Now I`ve got a 2310 for unlock. Reading Phoneinfo and Sim Lock state works, but if I go to unlock, program shuts down (only this phone).

Now I thougt -> use the newer Version 1_28 -> Phone info and sim lock state goes but if I go to unlock:

Phone is in: Local mode
Imei: 35xxxxxxxxxxx60
FAILED, check cable

This is with all 2310 2610 I have. If tested with 5 different working cable!

Whats my mistake? Can anbody help me?

MT can unlock dct4+ and ask11 by LOG

Also can unlock it without logs from version 1.29
