This is disapointing,
never before needed support from griffin-team but I was convinced that it was ok.

after 4 days not even a reply
i understand that sometimes it can take some time to find a solution.
but then let us *******rs know your working on it .

If I didn't needed the help I would not have asked for it.
and yes i searched in this forum for an answer but didn't find one
and yes battery was full
and also posted the logs... so you can see what's happend.

So I ask again please give some support here..
