nokia 3230 memory card corrupt - GSM-Forum

i have nokia3230 that shows memory card corrupt,ino matter the memory card you put in the phone.i have flashed the phone and format the user area,but still memory card corrupt.please any solution

Try to format your memory card by the card reader, if after this procedure you''ll get the negative result - your card is hw defective.

the card works perfectly in other phones,but in that particular 3230,not working

this is the worst part in 3230 and 6260, we have to tale off mmc and simcard reader just to fix mmc ics and sim ics. i usually reject if customer bring these phones with these problems or if i want to charged it for unusual price.

@obioha
check (ohm x10,red on gnd, black on pins) each pin in mmc reader and compare it with a healthy one, you will notice that certain pins have a different value. you have to take off the whole reader modules and fix the ic, measure again and re-attach the reader

i see 3250 with this problem and cant sove this but if put new card in slot all is ok "corrupt card" from phone on another phone is ok
