nokia 6020 all actions problem - GSM-Forum

hello to all i have a problem with nokia 6020
i'm using two cables for that model thre one for 3220 which i got with ufs and one for 7360 which i got with mtbox and both of them work with other phones but dont with this
i cant flash unlock or reset code on this phone always i get this error:

Phone is in: Phone is not responding, power on phone!

i use disabled vpp and slow dct4

i can change mode of phone local,normal,test but cannot do anything else

when i try the dead phone flashing i get this error:

VPP is DISABLED.
Phone is in: Phone is not responding, power on phone!
Processing File: rm30__04.900
Boot...
FAILED TO BOOT PHONE!!!
Make sure that phone is connected.

and i hear a little click in the phone

the phone is ok it has a security code which needs to be removed but i can't also reset user code and full factory

always as soon i conect the phone to box it goes to local mode but i can change it

what can i do with this phone??????

p.s mt box works fine with other phones and phones wich use the same cables

i didnt know that

@Chiragp i allready tried that but it was not needed it worked with 3220 which was ok and another 6020 also ok i will try topgsm solution tomorow
