im check simlock status, is 0/10, try unlock, and quen the tp conect say 10/10!!!

and lost my credit!

i use sx4 solution, and the same problem, before 0/10, tp and after 10/10.

help me please

Disconnect phone from cable
Go to C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\bb5bckup\ and check its there PM backup and copy it to one more place
Connect phone again to cable and press sim lock state to check counter status
If losg status is ok, then press unlock button.
If unlock fail , need to downgrade phone to 4.20 then unlock it

If sim lock counter is 10/10 then need to write PM backup to phone and counter will be back to 0/10

ok, i check simlock state and is 0/10, try unlock and whe the tp connect, the fail and show FAILED, ALL ATTEMPTS USED.

write the pm backup, and agian, che , 0/10, try unlock FAILED, ALL ATTEMPTS USED.

the client take the phone now, i wait return for try downgrade.

if the client not return, i lost a credit

hi mate
ur credit is not gone u can try to unlock again server will not eat credit again for same handset tested so many time. just restore backup & unlock again.

please people dont think to unlock needed 5 min.
work like me take phones form customer and sey to come on a next day to take their unlockecd phone. this will help to you to dont have a stress situation and queastion like "Ineed Urgent Customer Wait bla bla bla"
