I'have 6630 with not working bluetooth it can be problem in flash ?? i have 2 phones 6630 with flash version 6.0503.40 one have simlock other is not locked they have that same problem i change BT ic and dont solve problem :/ Can I do downgrade ? and where i can find lower version flash ?

yes you can downgrade this phone ,flash may be have a on a support site

I downgrade on wersion 6.0503.08 but power dont want turn on :/ i reflashed on 6.0503.40 phone turd on i tried downgrade on 4.0503.08 is that same problem on version 6.0503.40 turn on but BT dont work :/ mayby i doin something wrong ?

check on sticky cable modification post ,,,,,,,,,,,also posted many times...
i normaly use 10k for all models and never got any cable isuue till now...

For bluetooth problem check it, type in your phone *#2820#

you will see bt adress of your phone. if bt adress is empty you have a hardware problem

if bt adres is not empty then you have a software problem.
