Phoenix_2007_12_6_27689: "Dongle not Found" with MT-Box


Hopefully Griffin team will update it's pkd1 secdata to support latest release of Nokia SW specifically Phoenix_Service_Software_2007_12_6_27689.

Griffin Team does not need to make any update you update yourself in device manager com & lpt see which com port number is in use virtual serial port on flc-20 try make com1 to 5 and make same changes in Control panel Fls virtual port the comport number must be same here as in device manager Com port number for flc-20 then restart pc will work 100% if does not work pm me.

hmmm...Have you tried it by yourself? Kindly verify if you've got fully operational Phoenix Service Software v2007_12_6_27689 and NOT the previous release Phoenix Service Software 2007.4.6.170 as provided from the support area.

Man look i have done it myself it works on phonenix version 2007_12_6_27689 and read above what i wrote if you read my instructions it will work.

My bad... Jumping to such assumption immediately. I can confirm that MT-Box works fine with Phoenix Service Software v2007_12_6_27689. Lol, dull moment...

Clean installation seems to be the culprit but I can't affirm to this. It did work well after installing v2007.4.6.170 first then v 2007_12_6_27689. SW "About" has this release version information:

Phoenix Service Software 2007.12.006.27689
Phoenix Service Software 2007.4.6.170

Anyhow, thanks to RahulGSM. I almost jump to a false conclusion. Kudos Griffin team
