plkease help cant unlock 6300

hi iv been trying to unlock a nokia 6300 and a nokia 6280 everytime i try it does not work here is the log please help!!!!!!!!!!!

very easy mate....
when software asks for tp connect green and short yellow with gnd two times then touch it all be ok....
and use latest exe 145.1...
