yes it can [f-bus cable]

or >>
if you dont have f-bus cable you can reset by using the usb cable,
use Phoenix [dead usb flashing] after flashing the programe will preforme full factory reset.
if you did not get it, tell me i will give you step by step instructions.

aways can remove security code with mt-box - just click on full factory settings
