problem with mt pro server

i have some nk 5200 to unlock.
all counter are to 0 , version is suported ok, but while unlocking it tells me to write simlock data in phone..i press no. after that it make the fbus counter to 10...even if before unlocking fbus counter was to 0.
can you pls check..and tell me what to do?
i attached here screenshots with reading with nemesis before and after unlocking.

Just write back pm and all will be ok.
If cant unlock the phone , just change phone software version.

ok, thx for reply, 3 pieces unlocked ok.
but i have 1 piece of nk 5200 that don't want to unlock..i tried upgrade, downgrade and still same problem.
with original backup..fbus counter is 0..but after i try to unlock..it gives me:

from 1st picture i see lock is not active or a i wrong?????
if lock is not active then soft can do that "TESTPOINT FAILED"

problem solved now..after over 6 times upgrade/downgrade and retryes...finally phone got unlocked.
thx for support.
@911GT phone was locked..not unlocked in first image.
last field from nemesis window, LOCK ACTIVE ...NO will show you NO..not matters that phone is locked..or not locked.

follow instructions from thread, rewrite back the backup imei, do upgrade or downgrade and retry unlock. retry few times..do upgrade downgrade ,,after that will work
