problem when try to flash Nokia 3310

Dear people,

I flash with the same cable and the same box Nokia 3330,and was OK,
but when I try to flash Nokia 3310 (normally with different flash files),
I can not. (see attachment).
Please, can somebody tell me why!
I read all treads before I send my question, but I didn't find answer.
My cables are OK.
Do someone have maybe some flash files which is 100% working. Maybe this is the problem.

Please, can somebody tell me solution, or maybe where I make mistake?

Thanks,
Ivan

Thanks for helping me.

I try do download all 11 files which is inside folder of Nokia 3310, and try one by one to flash my nokia, but I can not with this files. Always is the same error. But maybe files are OK, but my Nokia isn't.

Also one thing, inside some archives of Nokia 3310, some flash files coming without Configuration file.

I don't know.
Maybe if You can tell me which flash file for 3310 on support server is tested and that working 100%, that I can know that flash file is not wrong.
Then is problem with mobile.
