Problems with MT-box after activation

Hello Griffin team

I have customer a that with me 2 Activation through lead let once BB5+ and once Siemens however after activated truely functioned that box not, all the same with which mobile phone he try the Conncetet not, i.e. find no more mobile phone, but the Program leaves itself normally to starting!

I have the same problem after activation
and nobody knows like the mistake can be repaired.

has my problem solved namely I have connected only the MT box and have pressed some badges.
and, besides, stated the green control lamp shone again afterwards I have connected Nokia 6555

and then received this error Booting Phone...
Searching loader rap3gv3_2nd.fg NO PIN. Box trouble(need) Activated!
Finished in 8s

then onemore activated the box
