First open your mt-box software press "PKD-1 Emul" then open your phoenix software....

solution working

Uninstall phoenix, then go to c:\programfiles\nokia\phoenix and delete all files from there.
Install fresh phoenix instalation
restart PC

Mate!

Go support area and download manual file “How to install and use MT Box Nokia as PKD1 dongle” read carefully and install your phoenix.
