this is cause i erase it but got backup pm and imei before the erase and need 2 restore it back 2 be able 2 unlock it can u please help with that

Just Write Backup Pm and when you have done it then do unlock again.

try to write IMEI backup first...

and then write and try again and again the pm and Sx4 authrization..

need a RPL because not brocken only counter :

Operator: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
Profile bits: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

if you dont have the imei backup ...
then no other way u have to calculate the RPL for this and write mate...
