correct this:Counters 10/10, 0/3 and all will be ok!!!

After write backup, disconect and reconect the phone, sometimes doesn't accept the modification till the phone is trestarted, still shows 10/10 even if you wrote backup.

if still 10/10 then u dont have good backup go for rpl and make it 0/10 first then all be fine,,,,

what about ???? need to restore backup and to check counter if is 10/10 then need a RPL!!!
