Although I have activated Sl20 but still ask user and password when I do PM Authorization and it says that it is my first time im using SX4 so 12 credit will deducted when Im doing PM Auth? how to solve this PB?

Plz dont angry i just need information for accuracy. Because in india all distributors are cheater and they dont tell us all hidden things.
When we can spend money to buy box then why we cant buy all activation.

solved.
for others:
If You have SL20 activation don't care about that information, just erase your login / password, even if is "boxlogin" and confirm by "OK"
Credits will be not taken
