how to reset the Total call timer (NEWARM) phones just like w550i,j300,
w810,w900 etc.....

very simple,write GDFS to phone and check total call....

Or use this way:

Select phone model
Backup EE (it is not necessary but is recommended)
Write Fields and select NewARMInsideResetTotalCallTimer.txt
Reconnect battery when software tells you to
Wait to software finish
Check Total call timer: >*<<*<* , Test services/Total Call time
