Unlock Nokia with bb5 no Tp activation- big problem - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock for example 6288 or 6300 model and problem is the same
Both Nokia are were with simlock. After this operation phone have contact service or have still simlock. But if I make simlock with bb5 cinek( the same phones) , problem is solved. Nokia hasn`t contact service. What is the problem ?
I want to say, that Nokia BB5+ with the latest bb5+ actiavtion I make without any problem !!!!
