What version of files you use?

w810 is hard to handle phone. they have difficult behaviour. as of the moment there is no solution for the damage erom. sometimes you need to rest the phone and flash. if it is a flash problem then still hard to fix because the flash ic is glued.

the problem is erom, when i try to flash with usbsmart .. said me error erom damage ,, try recovery with cruiser.. MT-box cant fix erom damage!!!!!
is very SAD!!.. im using new arm inside 2.9
please !!

Why "very SAD",no other tool do it.erom damaged on this and similar phones (K510) can`t do any tool for now ?

At first try to full flash with usbsmart.If not solve with usb smart try to cruiser.At first repair erprom.& then flash.

iam tryng with cruiser to rerpair erom, but will be nice that in next relaese MT-box will repair erom!! for me Mt-box its great tool.. but can give more...!im will try and try.. etc.,.

Never had any joy unlocking w810i with mt

Also got cruiser but avoid unlocking w810is

Does any body kow how good setool3 is with w810s -will it damage eprom???

Also mt problems unlocking k310-k510 but cruiser pritty easy

How do you unlock K510-k310-w810 cid 31 all iget-
Read phone
select no testpoint
read code

error file does not excist

so i flash the phone -try again but same result?????????

In the manual write all :

for unlock you must download flr files,you have it on support,unpack in install directory,in menu use,for example,K510 no tp2,hit the unlock button and if you have flr files in your directory sam with phone all will be ok !

Very good answer because all s-e must first have back-up file then unlock is no problem at all- i unlock plenty w810i with no problems

very first thing to do is make back-up then u will see no problem at all if something goes wrong [never does] then u just restore back-up and phone back to life again, VERY IMPORTANT FIRST MAKE BACK-UP'

but solved
if u didnt touch EROM area u have chance
u must flash it with w810-AllInOne-r4ea031.mcu and NOT with the latest one.
